This studio apartment is situated on the second floor of a building and has access to a large rear roof terrace garden. The apartment boasts over 35 sq. metres of space, with plenty of natural light, high ceilings, large Victorian windows, and wooden floors. It is equipped with a refreshment area, a TV, a desk, and a hanging rail wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and toiletries, clean linen, and towels are provided along with household essentials.
Located in the heart of trendy Shoreditch, the apartment may experience some noise from the bustling nightlife outside. It is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit and features fibre-optic speed unlimited wireless internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.
For added security, the apartment has a private, secure entrance with an alarm system. There is also access to the terrace and an alternative fully fitted kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Shoreditch, a trendy and creative hub, offers a variety of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. From cutting-edge eateries to budget-friendly culinary delights, there is something for everyone. Take a stroll down Brick Lane, a mecca for curry fans, and explore the vintage shops, street food, and street art. For vintage shopping, visit Blitz London, the largest vintage shop in Europe. BoxPark, a shopping area made from old shipping containers, is a great spot for shopping, dining, and drinks in the evening. To gain access to the property, all guests are required to complete the online check-in process. This includes uploading a valid document and providing a damage deposit of £100 for safety purposes. Upon completion, access codes will be sent via email or SMS. All data will be permanently deleted during check-out, and the deposit will be released automatically if no damages are incurred. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the deposit release to reflect in your account.
Guests can conveniently check-in and check-out using a digital door code and virtual check-in app. To receive access codes, guests are required to complete the online check-in process and upload a valid document for safety purposes. All data will be permanently deleted at check-out. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests can drop off their luggage before check-in time to accommodate early arrivals.

Please note that wheelchair users or people with limited mobility may have difficulty accessing the apartment as it can only be reached via stairs.
