The living area is an open-plan space with wooden floors and plenty of natural light. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and TV area, a desk, a hanging rail wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Basic household items, clean linen, and towels are provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before each guest's arrival.
Amenities include a double sofa bed, high-speed unlimited wireless internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a private, secure entrance with an alarm system. The kitchen is equipped with a washer, toaster, kettle, and fridge. Guests have access to a communal kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Our studio is located on the second floor of the building, which unfortunately does not have a lift. As we prioritize the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow parties in the building and maintain a non-smoking policy within all facilities, except for the terrace which has a designated smoking area. To ensure the safety of our guests, our building has 24-hour CCTV surveillance which is regularly monitored by our staff. Please note that our apartment is situated on the third floor and can only be accessed via stairs, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. However, its prime location in the heart of Shoreditch allows guests to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city. For your convenience, we offer self-check-in and check-out through a digital door code and virtual check-in app. To receive the access codes, guests are required to complete online check-in, which includes uploading a valid document and £100 damage deposit for safety purposes.
