The cosy sofa bed and TV area, desk, hanging rail wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a shower make this apartment the perfect home away from home. Toiletries, clean linen, and towels are provided, along with household basics.
Rest assured, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit. You'll enjoy unlimited wireless internet with fibre-optic speed, a TV, a hairdryer, fresh towels, a private and secure entrance with an alarm system, and access to the terrace. Plus, you'll have access to an alternative communal kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

To access the property, guests must complete online check-in by uploading a valid document and paying a £100 damage deposit. Access codes will be sent via email or SMS. Personal data will be deleted upon check-out, and the deposit will be released if no damage is incurred.
Our property offers self-check-in and check-out options through a digital door code and virtual check-in app. To receive the access codes, guests are required to complete the online check-in process, which includes uploading a valid document for safety purposes. Rest assured that all data will be permanently deleted at check-out. Our check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. For early arrivals, luggage can be dropped off before the check-in time.

The studio is situated on the second floor and access is only via stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The building does not have a lift. We maintain a non-smoking policy within all our facilities, however, there is a smoking area on the terrace. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Our staff regularly monitors the 24-hour security CCTV system installed in the building.
