1 Bathroom Self-contained mini studio in the heart of Shoreditch, the cultural hub of East-end London. Situated just seconds from Shoreditch high street station and next door to the Redchurch Street townhouse, famous for its independent fashion houses & boutiques, City, Brick Lane and Spitalfields next door.
This unique studio with access to a large rear roof terrace garden is over 40 sq. meters and is situated on the 3rd floor of the building.
It is a great space that is filled with natural light, a high ceiling, large Victorian windows, wood floors plus a kitchenette, a fan, a TV, a desk and hanging rail wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Toiletries, clean linen, and towels will be provided as well as household basics.
Being in the heart of trendy Shoreditch there are some evenings when you may be able to hear the buzzing nightlife outside.
The place is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit and features:

The trendy and creative hub of Shoreditch hosts the best places to eat, drink and visit all within walking distance. Shoreditch accommodates some of London’s most cutting edge eateries and with culinary delights to suit all budgets. Check out Brick Lane, which continues to be a mecca for curry fans from all over the city and is a great way to spend an afternoon wandering around the vintage shops, trying the delicious street food, and looking at street art. If you like shopping, we recommend a trip to Blitz London - hailed as the biggest vintage shop in Europe! There is also the famous BoxPark here which is a little shopping area made from old shipping containers - gr eat for shopping, eating, and enjoying a drink in the evening! Additionally, make sure to take a trip to Columbia Road flower market on a Sunday, where this outdoor market is a great place to spend the morning strolling through the flower-adorned streets. Like movies and a killer view? Spend an evening at the Rooftop Film Club at Queen of Hoxton which has perfected the art of the outdoor cinema! Screenings start at 9 pm and we recommend you book as this can fill up fast!
All guests need to complete the online check-in to have access to the property (access codes will be sent by Email / SMS on completion), which requires an upload of a valid document and a damage deposit of £100 for safety purposes. All data will be permanently deleted at the check-out and the deposit released automatically if no damage. The release will reflect in your credit card after 3 business days.
Self-check-in/check out available through a digital door code and virtual check-in app. Guest is required to complete the online check-in to receive the access codes, which includes the upload of a valid document for safety purposes. All data will be permanently deleted at check-out.
Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, luggage can be dropped off before check-in time to accommodate early arrivals.
We will not be in the building all the time but If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch with us through the platform or send us a direct email. Alternatively, leave us a message via SMS and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
The studio is located on the 3rd floor. There is no lift in the building.
All our facilities are non-smoking, but the building has a terrace with a smoking area.
In order to make staying in the building pleasant for all guests, we operate under a no-party policy.
The building has 24h security CCTV which is regularly monitored by our staff.
This apartment is on the third floor and requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It is right in the centre of Shoreditch you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city.
